I cannot begin to find the words to the amount of gratitude I have for this audiobook giving me the massive smack in the face of reality to who and what my abusive and controlling now ex manipulative boyfriend is to his core! And that would be without a doubt in my mind a complete narcissist! 🤯🤯🤯 I don’t know how I didn’t recognize it before but I guess I didn’t have the correct verbiage or actual knowledge of what a narcissist actually is, but hearing what you said in these audiobooks completely educated me in anyway possible to understand and recognize the abuse that I’ve been facing and the control he’s had over me for the last year and a half, all the while I have questioned myself my worth my dignity my value as a person altogether… I thought for the longest time now that I was the problem or I wasn’t good enough for him or for anybody at that matter and now I just had this rush of relief And overwhelming release of pain from confusion and manipulated self doubt!!! We have been in so many physical fights, he initiates so many verbal attacks, and all the while cheating on me every single day while using methamphetamine and blaming me for all of it and pretending like it’s me who’s doing it! I can’t say it enough thank you thank you thank you thank you for opening my eyes to the truth of what I’ve been dealing with and finally having the understanding and courage to leave that behind and move forward with the understanding that I am not unworthy of love, and I am valued!!!

My mind has been officially blown open to what and who my partner is!!
