Why Devdutt Pattanaik is wrong

So, I'm a big Devdutt Patnaik fan. Heck, I love anyone who has anything to do with comparative mythology like Joseph Campbell. But there are things he says about modern management and business in India which I cannot agree with. Two major points my critique delves into: 1. Management by Karma is the way reconcile business operations in India. 2. Equality and Diversity are two opposite ends of the spectrum.
