In this episode we talk about Butch Care Club, the new self-care community for butches of all genders, from Butch Yoga! Joelle mostly talks about the motivation behind creating Butch Care Club, like how so many butches talk about wanting to feel more community, why self-care can feel harder for butches, having a tough time in most other yoga classes, lessons learned from past Butch Yoga group programs, and what we'll be doing in Butch Care Club---but then Joelle had to end abruptly due to an early visit from the vet (don't worry, their cat will be okay!)
