A recovering people pleaser and rule follower, I always dreamed of what I would if I could.... but I just couldn't BEGIN. After recording 30 episodes of Should Theory I stopped because I felt like a fraud, frozen in fear and unable to do what I was promoting myself.... quit and forge a new path. In July of 2022 I finally had to courage to do just that!
Begin is about starting, taking the steps you need to embark on a new journey, face a challenge or solve a problem. The biggest hurdle is often having the courage to start, and so, BEGIN was born.
In this episode you will hear about the beginnings (finally at 48) of my journey, and how we got here. In the future we will talk to many others about their experiences and I will take you with me on my own journey toward "something else".
