Why ADHD Is Overlooked In Women

As is described in the podcast, it apparently has been more common among boys than girls. It was definitely a misconception due to which a lot of girls with ADHD remained undiagnosed, developed complications and some of them attempted suicide. Life of such patients is very difficult because they are constantly being called lazy and weird and what's even is the saddest part, that they cannot explain their situation even knowing that they are special, they are different.
