Who Will Be Teaching our Kids? Who is in front of the classroom?

Teacher shortage is a reality. We want children to be prepared for a future in the world post covid. Yet who is left to teach them. Teachers are exhausted, too many to new, some are substittutes and then there are times when there is no one standing  in front to teach. We are in trouble.
