Acerca de esta escucha
Matthew 16:13–18 (NASB95) says "Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, He was asking His disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” And they said, “Some say John the Baptist; and others, Elijah; but still others, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”
Jesus' disciples watched Him turn water into wine, heal people from blindness, lameness, and disease. They were eyewitnesses to the miracles He performed. The Bible is an eyewitness account, an appeal, a narrative from someone who was there! It recounts what Jesus disciples saw, heard, and experienced. So, when Jesus asks the question, Simon Peter responds, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God” (Matthew 16:19).
Don't take someone else's word for it. Take the word of the eyewitnesses who walked with Jesus, who knew that Christ is King; Christ is God's King!
