Who Am I? Identity in the 3D

In this episode, we’re putting a magnifying glass on the concept of identity. In part one, we’ll unpack what identity is from a psychological perspective and then look at how the spiritual or “woo” realm believes we should break that down in order to transcend and become enlightened. In part 2, we will present a cautionary tale about being unaware of the identities we create and how the modern world can influence and pray on this delicate part of us.
