I remember this thought that I saw from The Mindfulness Meditation Institute (@TrainingMindful) that my friend @DrJeffLpip shared many times. “Hope and Fear cannot occupy the same space. Invite one to stay.” - Maya Angelou was the one who put that powerful thought out there many years ago. I needed this reminder, again, and I know I need to simply make the choice that for me, Hope has the space for sure! There are too many things out there connected to fear and I don’t want to choose that any longer. What about you? Thanks for listening.
