I get that- For me it's the same most of the time. I'll explain, where your should be when deciding your training schedule. I'll tell you in this episode something like:
- is it always important to train the whole body, all weeks or not?
- do you need the same training or is variation better?
- you're an endurance athlete, do you need strength training?
- which training for which goal?
