Where's Your Fitness ID??

Many of us still amplify the number on the scale, the dress size, the size of the jeans, etc or whatever pictures that we choose to share on social media. Even though there IS a legitimate place to display these things, we as people need to be people of a deeper understanding as to why it is we should apply a sustainable fit and healthy lifestyle. If a fitness police officer pulled you over and asked you, "Where is your fitness ID"....what would your response be?!? 🤔
