I’m sure you’ve heard that one of the benefits of being tall is that you can eat whatever and however much you want.

Now, this isn’t entirely true, but the idea behind it is that if you gain weight, it won’t show as much.

Now, that part has some truth to it because the weight has more room to distribute, causing many of us to maintain a slim appearance. However, when we start talking numbers, the perception almost shatters.

You may wonder why you weigh so much more than your friends and ask if you should lose weight. The truth is, many tall women have been through this before and still go through it.

So today’s topic may be a bit triggering for some, but we’re gonna have a conversation around weight as tall women and how comparisons and labels around weight can affect our mental health. Tune in for more!
