When Slow is too Slow? - "In a Violent Nature" Review

We’re back this week with another horror movie review! We’re excited to finally tackle the sleeper hit of 2024: In a Violent Nature. And at least one of us means that literally.

In a Violent Nature is a 2024 Canadian slasher film written and directed by Chris Nash, featuring performances by Ry Barrett, Andrea Pavlovic, and Lauren-Marie Taylor. Touted as an "ambient slasher," the film centers on a mute killer who is inadvertently resurrected from his grave in the remote Ontario wilderness by a group of teenagers. Once revived, he begins to stalk and murder them. Much of the narrative unfolds from the killer's unique perspective, offering an unsettling and immersive viewing experience.
