I share how processing emotion is just as important as any food plan or workout schedule. Whether that means journaling, crying, or talking it through with someone you trust, getting those emotions out is part of the process. I touch on how the inside/out approach creates space to both observe your habits and hold room for your emotions. This combination is what leads to sustainable progress in health and in life.
