Love, and expression of love is different for everyone, and it's perception too. Thru different stages of life, this is what I have understood about love; be it romantic or not, as the bond deepens between two people, love doesn't just stay unconditional, it also has expectations, which are not wrong to be desired in any relationship. Most often, these expectations helps another person understand you better, love you better, appreciate you better and most importantly, accept you better.
