This is the podcast which interviews high performing individuals who have been through adversity but come back stronger. Hosted by Emma Levy, a physiotherapist who has helped elite athletes on their way to Olympic success. This podcast was born following Emma's own trauma when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of just 36. Sat in the chemo chair she set herself the goal of starting a podcast to explore resilience and the importance of mindset. Through discussion with incredible individuals, Emma aims to explore and share amazing real- life stories of finding triumph following trauma, with the ultimate goal of helping others deal with adversity, and inspiring them to do great things.


Each week Emma chats to an inspiring individual who has faced significant life challenges but come back stronger to achieve amazing things.

  • The King Of Chemo – Diagnosed with a Brain Tumour but now Attempting to Break Fundraising Records

    Iain Ward, also known as the ‘King of Chemo’ was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumour, in 2020. After being told he had 5 years to live, he put two fingers up to cancer and decided to spend the rest of his days attempting to break a world record for the most amount of money raised EVER for running a marathon.


    With over 14 million social media followers, he has already raised nearly half a million pounds and completed 17 marathons and multiple other endurance challenges, all while living with a brain tumour.


    Join us today as Iain shares his incredible journey, including his recent challenge of completing 32 half marathons in 32 counties of Ireland with 32 kilograms strapped to him. He discusses the importance of resilience, the power of mindset, and how he navigates life with incurable cancer.
