    We talk about Stephanie’s journey into writing, the books, films, and shows that shaped her voice, and how personal experience became the foundation for our powerful film ‘Quiet Storm.’ Together, we explore how the project came to life—from research and interviews to persistence, edits, and trusting the process when the story felt bigger than any one person.

    At the heart of ‘Quiet Storm’ is a bold and intentional choice: there is no single protagonist. Instead, hormones become the central character, told through the diverse stories of women whose experiences are often stigmatized, minimized, or left unspoken. Stephanie and I share our hormone stories, the purpose behind breaking taboos, and why inclusivity was essential to telling this story with integrity and care.
