Good talk in discussing having to be alone for 48-72 and needing to call on friends.
I am going one step further. I am a mom who doesn't have friends or family in the state to help, so with a new born and a hubby working 48-96 hrs. it makes it harder because I don't have the help of family or friends. but this episode really helped me realize I am not alone.
