This episode just talks about some stories that I'm going through and also what we can do to help one another with some advice and some different things also just touches base on like Caesar depression depression on making like bad decisions you know and you know before making bad decisions you're talking to somebody or even talking to me you know trying to get this podcast off the air I just really trying to help one another to make you know each other feel like they have someone that touches base you know stories about my life and things that I'm scared about and you know what would you do in this relationship it talks about my 11-year relationship until I tell you about stories different things from there but it also like I said really thrives to if you need help or you need someone to talk to I'm here
