What soothes the savage .. beast.. you..family??

In times of stress, chaos and intense success .. soothing.. self, parents, kids.. is soooo needed..

This week, we do a couple little things and talk about why this makes a difference.

These last mad weeks of a break in at our house, drama at school and my mom going into the hospital.. has definitely reminded me of how important taking time for YOU is needed for health, survive and thrive and keeping on track with joy and health and how your voice is meant to be used and expressed out in the world;).
