He ordered the IRS to “cease and desist.” He said he didn’t file a 2023 Form 1040. He declared himself a natural-born State citizen. He cited his birth certificate. He denied being a U.S. citizen, person, or individual. He claimed he revoked any election to pay taxes. He accused the IRS of fraud, RICO violations, treason, and tyranny. Then he ordered them again to stand down. Now stop. Based on that letter alone, ask yourself: How did this help him—or how did it harm him?
