What is the True Self? (Depths of Consciousness Series - Part1)

What is the True Self? Not the character you play, not the label you call yourself, and not the persona. The True Self as described in Yoga, is the Atman, the breath of being. The most fundamental nature of existence.

This nature of yours given to you by birth is the creative expression of the Universe. It is the way the universe chooses to express itself through the underlying natural energy that created this world and therefore you. It is the way God takes the light that it is, and transfers it from the metaphysical into the physical!

Because the body and mind are gateways through which the spirit comes out. And these gateways need to operate at peak performance to allow the spirit to manifest into this world in the form of your dreams, passions, true desires and accomplishments in your life!

That is why this podcast is dedicated to methods of elevating your awareness and consciousness. Because the more you recognize the truth of yourself, the more you can release the illusion of yourself. The more you can let go of those limiting concepts and constructs.
