What is Self-Love?

Everyone is talking about self care. What should we do to take care of ourselves and put ourselves first. But what is self-love? The Bible tells us to love our enemies and neighbors as we love ourself. If I don't understand how to love myself, then how can I love others? In this episode I get a better understanding of self love. I also describe the difference between self love and self care.
