Move to Heal is open to ANYONE facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, addiction, PTSD, postpartum or overall life changes.
Move to Heal consists of a 30 minute workout (catered to ALL fitness levels), followed by a 60 minute support meeting.
Move to Heal not only offers free weekly workouts and support meetings, but also offers FREE gym memberships, FREE individual therapy with a licensed therapist and a FREE 16 week nutrition program with a registered dietitian.
