What does a 'good' trade deal look like?

It's looking increasingly unlikely that Canada will secure a new trade deal with America by August 1st. The message from the Carney Liberals has shifted to getting the best deal, rather than any deal, by next week's deadline. Vassy Kapelos chats with former U.S. Ambassador Gary Doer about the state of the current negotiations.
