What do we do when they break the rules?

So, I'm back from my hiatus, and my goal is to have at least 50 episodes this year. 

This is not the most optimistic topic of conversation, but I think it's an important one to have. When the government and its officials flagrantly violate the law... what do we do about it? How about when the courts just ignore the obvious and plain meaning of the law? What's our remedy?
