Coming to you live from her clinic in TLV, Dr. Daniela Muller is on the show today! Aside from being Oscar's veterinarian and most favorite human, Daniela began her veterinary studies at the age of 29, bringing a unique and super important perspective to our career community of figure-it-outers. Sep 3 2023

Today, we got my brother, Dr. Adam Horwitz on the pod!

Adam is a clinical psychologist and assistant professor at the University of Michigan School of Medicine in their psychiatry department. His Psychology career has combined several different elements– research, clinical work and therapy with patients, teaching and lecturing, and much more. Some of his areas of interest and focus include cognitive and behavioral risk factors associated with suicidal behavior, trauma-focused therapy with veterans, and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) for mood and anxiety disorders.

In this episode, Adam shares with us a bit about how he compartmentalizes the difficult subject matter he deals with in his work, tells us how he overcame his own imposter syndrome when starting off in his career, and tells us how we can use values as opposed to goals to help us navigate our careers.
