In the days and weeks to come, we'll be offering our very first online retreat. 🤗

A place for you to attend LIVE or to watch the replays (or both!) in the privacy of your sacred dwelling space.

Each 90 minute session will include a guided meditation practice, didactic presentation outlining the core content we'll be covering + an opportunity for you to be gently supported.

I'll be guiding us through four 90-Minute sessions over each of the four weeks of January.

We'll learn experiential practices, together with the science and research that explains how we can heal ~ how we are innately equipped to heal ~ and you'll also have helpful resources to support you during the week and as you bring the sacred homework practices into your daily healing life.

We'll cover: i. The Nature of Self-Healing ii. The Depth of Your Healing Potential iii. The Path of Healing iv. Your Healing 'Life Quest' * (because healing is fluid, it is ongoing, it will continue with you now and forever.)

I want to show you how healing physically, emotionally, spiritually and cognitively happens ~ as you focus on an area of yourself and your life, that needs love and healing.
