What Integrity Means To Me.

In this episode of To The Point Podcast, I share my own insight and definition of what integrity is. Integrity is one of my core values,  but I have come to understand it is really more of a boundary or border that guides me to keep my core values in alignment. If I am out of integrity it is my signal that I am out of alignment. 

This episode is a vulnerable share about my personal discoveries in self-abandonment, self-sacrifice, and people pleasing as a business owner and service provider that created limitations for me. However, it was in honoring my belief of what integrity means to me that allow me to make difficult decisions to keep me grounded and safe.
