She saw a challenge—wanting to raise her kids at home while also contributing financially—and created a thriving transcription business from her dining room table. Watching her turn limitations into innovations taught me that staying stuck is a choice, and solutions are always within reach if you're willing to get creative and stay persistent.

I share how this mindset has impacted my work as a leadership and communication trainer and how I’ve seen firsthand what happens when people (and entire companies) stop circling the drain of the problem and start climbing toward the solution.
