What Do You Want? (SERIES: On The Road)

“What do you want?”

From the sharp, impatient tone of a stranger on the street to the polite inquiry of a waiter at a restaurant, we’re constantly confronted with this simple yet powerful question. But how we respond—whether with irritation, excitement, or indifference—depends on who’s asking, and more importantly, why they’re asking.

Now, imagine if the God of the universe were asking you, “What do you want?”

How would you answer?

This week at BCC, you’re invited to consider your response to this question that Jesus asks while on the road to Jerusalem. Considering what you truly want can stir your soul and ignite your purpose. It’s about peeling back layers of superficial wants and connecting with what you truly need to live a life aligned with your God-given design. Together, let’s make sure we’re asking for the right thing, so when we get the answer, it’s one that truly fulfills.
