We’re celebrating the 50th episode of Meet Me in the Kitchen by welcoming our newest partners, nine-time NBA All-Star Russell Westbrook and his extremely accomplished wife Nina Westbrook. After witnessing the positive impact Little Kitchen Academy had on their son, the philanthropic couple is bringing their Why Not? Foundation to LKA in a joint initiative to establish the Changing Lives From Scratch Fund. An accomplished marriage and family therapist, entrepreneur, and podcaster, Nina shares insight on the mental health benefits of Little Kitchen Academy’s cooking classes, the importance of harnessing the power of community, and why love is the one ingredient that is always in her kitchen.
