The tech world is descending on Silicon Valley today as San Jose "turns green" for the start of NVIDIA GTC 2026. Fremont will be the first Bay Area city where DoorDash will launch its Dot Delivery robots. The City of Concord is taking steps to ease its housing shortage, but not everyone is happy.
