This week, we welcome Col. (Ret.) Oak McColluch, who shares his powerful mission, Leadership Legacy. Oak is passionate about teaching servant leadership, a practice he’s lived by since his high school basketball days. His work spreads through four key areas—talks, his book, social media, and his own podcast. He explains that legacy has two parts: what you leave behind in your career and life, and more importantly, the leaders you raise up along the way. “It really is about community,” Oak reminds us, giving heartfelt credit to his wife, who also served. Our musical guest is Joshua Martin, a talented singer-songwriter whose passion for country and Americana music has taken him across the country. Outdoorsy and hardworking, Joshua is preparing to release his next record.
