I will be re- listening to the boundaries session!! From understanding what it means to set boundaries to realizing what and who I am responsible for. These are all things I have struggled with as an empath/sensitive and it was a much needed eye opener. I was married to a man for 30 years. Pushed down feeling I didn’t know I had. Finally one night after a few glasses of wine I got the nerve to ask a woman out. Everyone in my life said they were not surprised. Ps. She is sleeping next to me as I write this. At 50 something I feel real. Everything about this podcast made me feel supported.

Thank you
