• Public hearing scheduled for August 21st at 5:30 pm regarding property tax rates
• Proposed general fund tax rate for the current year is .5864 per $100 assessed valuation (down from .6306 in 2024)
• Business Graphics recognized as the Waynesville Business Spotlight for August
• Back to School Extravaganza on August 9th from 9am-1pm offering free backpacks, groceries, and more
• Riverside shop collecting school supplies and offering 10% discount on purchases
• Sidewalk project from Ruby Dew Bridge to I-Cord Avenue progressing with MoDOT approval
• Downtown service station offering chance to win free gas tank fill-up
• Waynesville St. Robert Senior Center hiring kitchen assistant and driver positions
• Jeep versus classic car show scheduled for August 30th at Ruby Do Park
