Watching MASH and Drawing Comics

What could be more important than shifting your attention away from bad things and delighting in some mindless entertainment? I think a lot of people see distraction as a negative but when they can shift our focus from negative experiences to something that puts a smile on our face I say, "BRING IT ON!"
