I’ve created this podcast to stimulate your mind with conversations, guests, opinions, problems, animals, crafts, jokes, queer stuff and more.

I love talking about the hard things, giving unsolicited advice, and generally hearing my own voice. I have self diagnosed CCLS (chronic cheer leader syndrome). I’ve always had a passion for helping others as much as I can, when I can. I am someone who went through a lot on my own. I want to give all of the information I wished I had when I started my healing and communication journey. Additionally, I’m a silly goose (hate the silly, not the goose), so not every episode is going to be serious.

disclaimer: I am uneducated in this field. It’s not that I am smart, or know what I’m talking about, I’ve just done a lot of dumb shit and learned. All advice is buffet style, take what you want, leave what you don’t, just be kind.
