Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
The New Testament reveals the Father’s will concerning our lives. Jesus is the perfect, shining example of walking in God’s will, yet He was led into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.
You can be in the centre of God's will and still face a wilderness experience. Jesus, God in the flesh, had to be tested so you and I would know that walking the earth comes with times of testing that push you through the wilderness. The wilderness is a place of dryness, extreme temperatures, and isolation, but never assume you're out of His will just because things are hard.
In this Year of Strange Oil, what destroys others won’t destroy you as you remain aligned with God’s will for your life, in Jesus’ name.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I shall come out victorious regardless of any wilderness experience I go through. I will not be destroyed because I know I am in the will of God! Hallelujah!
