New footage has emerged from the deadly crash between the Blackhawk helicopter and American Airlines flight headed to DCA airport. The Blackhawk helicopter traveling what is known as Route 4, has an elevation cap of 200 feet in the Washington D.C. airspace. This helicopter was travelling well above the 200 ft limit when it crashed into the commercial plane. Why it was traveling at this height is yet to be revealed.
