WE WERE ON A BREAK

After a nice long break, I am ready to dive back in and tell you everything that's been going on for me, including why I took a break in the first place, what I learned during the break, what major life changes have happened, and what you can expect for the future. I talk about the shame I felt having "fallen off the horse" with the podcast, and how I've been working on replacing the old narrative that says I always do this and I'll never succeed because I "can't stick to anything." I also get into a major path change and new journey that I'm about to begin that I can't wait to bring you guys along for.
