She is the granddaughter of the Rangabhumi legend – Sri Gubbi Veeranna, and her career spans over an impressive spectrum of performance, choreography, teaching, acting, research & organizing. She is the Director of Shambhavi School of Dance – which is the only Kuchipudi Gurukula in Bangalore. She is also the organizer of Dance Jathre – India’s First ever International Dance fair.
