Tricia Zody had a faith crisis and gives glory to God! After her husband died by suicide, she started her podcast as a method of personal healing, but also to encourage others to find restoration after brokenness. That led her to get certified as a Life Coach for Christian women - women who are experiencing anxiety and fear, struggling in their marriage, yelling at their kids, stuck in debilitating grief, dealing with insecurities, are drinking too much alcohol or have other addictions, are looking for their life's purpose, and all kinds of other things - you know, Christian women living life. Yet, they're wondering why they can't enjoy life in a way that reflects their Christian values and beliefs...and they feel guilty about it. These are the women she helps find real joy and peace and freedom in their lives. She does this by integrating brain science and Biblical faith. She often speaks at Christian women's events, speaking on various topics surrounding hope and healing.
