Born and raised in France, Valerie began her professional journey with a degree in Business Hospitality from Institut Pitiot-Lyon II. Her dreams soon carried her across the ocean to Walt Disney World, where she participated in the prestigious World Showcase Fellowship Program at Epcot.

From investment banking in France to senior leadership roles at Disneyland Paris, Downtown Disney, Epcot, and even the Disney Cruise Line, Valerie’s career is a masterclass in excellence, adaptability, and visionary leadership. She has led large retail operations, guided global merchandise strategy, and helped shape brand experiences enjoyed by millions around the world.

After launching her own consulting work in the retail industry, Valerie returned to Disney in 2013 as a facilitator for Disney Institute, teaching leadership excellence and customer service in both French and English, drawing from decades of international management experience.

Today, alongside her husband Dan, Valerie continues her mission of building great organizational culture, equipping leaders and teams to rise with purpose, clarity, and excellence.
