Valentine's Day.

In this episode I tell a story about an experience that was painful to go through not necessarily physically but emotionally. I think in general life sometimes can lead you through experience that are so grinding and paralyzing, you end up with a lot of questions and doubts. I also know that we are all struggling in one way or another with pain, fear, shame, doubt, rejection and maybe if we talk about them more, we wouldn't be walking around with so much hurt and pain?
