Vaccination Problems

So now we have a vaccine for Covid-19 but the real problem is getting into the arms of those who need it quickly. The Federal Government has put Billions of dollars into the research and manufacturing process. But they have failed to put money into the infrastructure to actually deliver the product into the arms of Americans.
