Part 2 of 2  Two years ago Anna found herself entangled in the corporate world. Graduating from university and thrust into the world of full time work, play time was officially over. In order to counter the hours of stationary desk time, Anna began experimenting with various forms of cold therapy, breath work and mindfulness practices.
