VENETO, FRIULI AND TRENTINO ALTO ADIGE PANINI FOOD TOUR Episode 1

In this first episode i will explain why I will start my Food Tour in the regions of Veneto, Friuli and Trentino Alto Adige, and what kind of Panini and ingredients I am looking forward to try when in Italy. 

I am finally making my well overdue Panini Food Tour trip to Italy this spring a reality. The reason for this trip is very simple, I want to expose and share with you the amazing passion that so many great sandwich makers and small Panini shop owners all over Italy share with me, I want you to hear first hand with me what it takes to make a real good Panino. I am not aiming for the simple sandwich makers here guys, No way, I am not looking for the simple basic stuffed sandwich with ham and cheese here. I am on a mission, I want to find those amazing panini shops, I am looking for passion, traditions, professionality, quality and of course lots of flavor. I need to find and hopefully understand the reason and the purpose for their chosen ingredients inside those sandwiches.
