Hypnotherapy can provide you with the tools you need to take control of your life and even get off medication. It’s a natural method of going into your subconscious mind daily to pass the critical factor. When a new thought comes into your mind, the critical factor checks the thought against what you already believe to be the truth. If the thought aligns with what we believe, it lets it reinforce its ideas, and if it doesn’t, it kicks it back to the conscious mind. To heal from trauma, you need to open the critical factor to get into the subconscious mind without thoughts being kicked back and forth.
