Upgrades needed at tag offices across Kansas

Hour 1 - Steve had a conversation with the Sedgwick County Treasurer and the subject of tag offices came up. And rather than making the critical infrastructure of the licensing less obsolete than they currently are, our Legislature is reconvening to try and gerrymander districts.
